WHO GETS PRIORITY ?

First check, first served. Make check out to Doug Morris.

HOW DO I SIGN UP ? Fill out, then mail or email the Registration Form.
If you email it, and send a check separately, I'll apply the email date.
If it's too late, call or email me, and I'll add you to the roster. Paperwork can be done when your arrive at class.

SHOULD I BRING A HAND GUN ?

• Yes, if you have one.
UNLOADED! (in your trunk or in a locked case while driving)
• Don't buy a gun just for the course: you'll learn a lot about what you'll eventually need. .22 caliber is not recommended, unless it's all you have. A larger caliber is eventualy going to be needed, but if you don't have a gun, we'll share, so let me know.
• UNLOADED! Leave in your car until instructed to get it.

DO I NEED A HOLSTER ? • Nope, but if you already have one, bring it. We'll discuss what kind of holsters might be appropriate for you.
• Students will not draw loaded weapons or live-fire using holsters.

WHAT ELSE ?

• Two boxes of cheap, practice ammo. Even if you don't use it all, you'll still need it for practice. Leave the ammo in your car.
• Eye & ear protection. Cheap Lowes' stuff is okay. I have a couple sets to loan to those with bad memories.
• Lunch (half the class will shoot while the other eats. 90min)
• Weather clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repellent, etc
• If you don’t have something, above, contact me, and I’ll help.
• If you borrow my gun, you have to reimburse me for my ammo.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ?

• Comfortable outdoor shoes, hat, layered clothing. The classroom is comfortable, but the range may have a little bit of mud after a rain.
• Ladies, wear a T-shirt or something to prevent a hot cartridge case from falling down your décolletage. (We don't want anybody hopping around with a loaded gun.)
