Member Safety Orientation Briefing Details
MCWCC Members,
Your Club Officers and Board have incorporated a Member In-person Safety Briefing as a requirement for annual renewal of membership. The Member In-person Safety Briefings are scheduled throughout the calendar year; please check the Home Page for upcoming class dates.
The Member In-person Safety Briefing is the same program new members receive as part of their intake process. We encourage you to get this requirement satisfied at your earliest opportunity as our classroom size is limited.
If you joined the club prior to November 2023 (including Life Members), you are required to participate in the Membership Renewal process. As a reminder, here is a quick summary of the action items comprising the renewal process:

- Attend a Member In-person Safety Briefing during the calendar year.
- Thoroughly read (self-study safety briefing on the web) the:
- Range Orientation Safety Brief document located on the Membership page of the MCWCC website and
- "Archery Range Rules" on the "Safety First" page of the MCWCC website;
- Successfully pass the on-line "Safety Exam" accessible on the "Safety First" page of the MCWCC website;
- Complete the "Renewal Application" available on the "Membership / Current Membership Renewal" page of the MCWCC website;
- Complete the Member Liability Waiver for yourself and each family member (available on the website) and attach it to your membership renewal application; and
- Pay your applicable membership dues.
