The Women's Defense Club

The Women's Defense Club is a free monthly educational program hosted by Masada Defense Training and held at the Moore County Wildlife & Conservation Club. The program is designed to provide women with information, resources, and confidence related to firearms safety, personal protection, situational awareness, self-defense, legal considerations, and related topics. Meetings are open to women of all experience levels, from those who have never handled a firearm to experienced shooters.

Each month will feature a different guest speaker or topic, providing attendees with a variety of educational opportunities and perspectives. The goal is to create a welcoming environment where women can learn, ask questions, share experiences, and become more informed about personal safety, self-defense, and responsible firearm ownership.

These meetings are educational and discussion-based. No live-fire shooting activities will take place during the meetings, and attendees are not expected to bring firearms or equipment.

Meetings will be held on the last Monday of each month from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore County Wildlife & Conservation Club clubhouse, 1820 Camp Easter Road, Carthage, NC 28327.

Attendees are welcome to drop in at any time during the meeting. Friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, and other interested women are welcome to attend.

Registration through the Masada Defense Training website is available at no cost for those who would like to receive reminders and updates about upcoming meetings, guest speakers, and special events. Registration is not required to attend.

Our first meeting is scheduled for June 29, 2026.
